Wisdom can come with age. And the Internet is aging – it all began as a commercial venture somewhere in 1993/1994. When someone wants to win a court case, they normally don’t want to call a lawyer who will use them as a “first case.” People wish for someone who is familiar with a courtroom and speaking to a jury and judge.
They want someone who is still passionate about what they do. And we have to be honest: As some lawyers and expert witnesses age, they begin to get complacent. They may not feel the need to keep up with their field’s latest information. They develop a “plug & play” attitude. What worked ten years ago should still work for them now, right? Google Ads hasn’t changed that much, has it? When it comes to the digital media world, I would give that a resounding “wrong!” Yes, I am a Google Ad expert witness, but I also teach and write books on Google Ads. As much as knowledge of the past is valuable, connecting the dots to today’s Google Ads processes is essential. When an attorney needs an expert witness, they will want someone as relevant today as when Google Ads was launched.
Google doesn’t “sit around,” nor does the best Google Ads expert witness!
There is no double Google Ads has changed much of the Internet, forever and the changes keep coming. And with this powerful advertising platform come new challenges, like legal disputes. But lawsuits can take time to go to trial. If there’s a lawsuit around the 2020 Google platform, having someone with that historical understanding is essential. If problems persist, such as digital fraud, etc., you’ll need an expert witness who has kept up with the speed of Google Ads expansion.
Since it launched on October 23, 2000, Google Ads continues to evolve. Search Engine Land posted an article about the trials and innovations of the platform. And Google still isn’t done growing. They have an annual event called Google Marketing Live, showcasing their newest products in marketing and advertising. I have been a Google Ads expert witness since it launched. I have a passion for online advertising, and to be the best teacher, author, and expert witness in online advertising, I need to remain up-to-date. If you want to find an expert witness for your case who doesn’t just “sit around,” contact me. I’ll help gather the evidence and then explain the relevance of Google Ads to a judge and jury.
